DUALITY WLLNSS LLC ("Duality," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Duality mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the app or contact us about it.

1. Information we collect

Account information. We collect your email address, display name, account identifier, account creation date, and information needed to authenticate your account. If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, we receive information that provider makes available under your selected permissions, which may include your name, email address, and profile image. Our account system may also retain a phone number if your authentication provider supplies it.

Saved content. We store which Duality posts, workouts, or other content you save to your account so you can find them again. The app does not provide features for saving personal journal entries, workout-performance logs, or health records.

Membership and purchase information. We process membership status, subscription access, product and transaction identifiers, and subscription lifecycle information such as purchase, renewal, cancellation, and expiration. Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Apple.

Technical information. Our infrastructure and service providers may process IP addresses, device and app information, authentication events, delivery requests, and diagnostic or security logs when you sign in, load content, play videos, or use subscriptions. The specific information depends on the service and your device settings.

Support communications. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive health information that is not needed to resolve your request.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver app content, remember saved content, verify paid access, synchronize membership, respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to operate the app, including:

Google Firebase: authentication, account records, saved-content records, and backend infrastructure.

RevenueCat: subscription validation and management of purchase and entitlement information.

Apple: App Store distribution, billing, and Apple sign-in when selected.

Google: Google sign-in when selected.

Vimeo and content-delivery providers: hosting and delivery of video content, including technical information needed to serve that content.

These providers process information for their services; some also act independently under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security issues, to protect lawful rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer subject to applicable protections. We may also disclose information at your direction.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain account information and saved-content selections while needed to provide your account and services. When deletion is requested, we delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed, subject to information we must retain for legal obligations, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Backup copies may remain until replaced through routine backup cycles. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed.

To request access, correction, or deletion, email team@joinduality.com from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will respond within applicable legal time limits.

Deleting your Duality account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel that subscription through your Apple account settings. Apple and other providers may retain records they control under their own obligations.

5. Your choices and rights

You can change saved-content selections in the app, manage your subscription through Apple, and manage permissions for Apple or Google sign-in with the relevant provider. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. 6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No electronic system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where legally required, appropriate transfer safeguards apply.

7. Children

Duality is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
